He has over 10 years of experience in the field of economics and finance. He is primarily specialized in integrating national and international financial packages, promoting FDI and foreign trade, with a special focus on strategic markets in Asia, Latin America, and USA. Since Sep. 2022, he has been serving as Counsellor for Economic, Scientific and Technological Affairs, Emerging Industries and Finance, Embassy of Mexico in China. From 2017 to Aug. 2022, he was in charge of the Public Affairs area for HSBC Mexico, responsible for developing mechanisms and opportunities for economic, social, and sustainable development of the financial entity with government agencies, business associations, and chambers of commerce. In this position, he designed the strategy for cooperation with government institutions and key international organizations, during which he successfully generated forums, working groups, and strategic alliances with the Green Finance Advisory Council, UN Global Compact, Global Executive Council of Companies, American Chamber of Commerce, Chatham House, US Mexico Foundation, and the Embassy of the United Kingdom. He also collaborated in designing a business strategy to strengthen business relations with China. He co-designed a working group with the Ministry of Finance to promote sustainable financing and participated with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in developing business delegations to diversify and strengthen public-private investments.
