Fang Li, Researcher, Secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group of Beijing Academy of Science and Technology, once served as Director of the Beijing Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau (Beijing Municipal Ecology and Environment Bureau). He is mainly engaged in the study of strategy, system and mechanism of scientific and technological innovation, integration of science and technology and industry, coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, etc. He has successively published a number of theoretical articles in mainstream media including People's Daily, Guangming Daily, Economic Daily, Science and Technology Daily and QianXian.
