Wenfei Jiang, General manager of Youku Technology Center. He has nearly 20 years of research experience on video encoding and image processing, holding over 70 international patents. He serves as a reviewer for multiple top-tier international academic conferences and journals. He proposed "Narrowband HD" video streaming mechanism, which has become a classic technology in online video industry. He designed a cloud-based media processing product suite that provides daily processing services for hundreds of millions of minutes of media content for Youku, Taobao, DingTalk, and over ten thousand global clients of Alibaba Cloud, supporting their on-demand and live streaming businesses. He launched a product solution for Film & TV content production and playback called ZREAL in 2020. ZREAL virtual production has served over 100 TV dramas, ZREAL UHD certification has served all mainstreaming mobile phone and TV brands.
